Task Description:
Today for the middle block, we did maths. For maths we did concrete coordinates, basically more learning about coordinates, except this time, it was Paris Tourist Attractions. I found this task hard although I learn some more new things, especially attractions in Paris. We had to find some places in Paris and say what to coordinates were.

For the last session of the day, we had to choose one of a few things to do before the day ends. There was arts and crafts, F.I.O.P and cyber smart, most of the class chose to do cyber smart while some others chose to do the other choices. I chose to do this and F.I.O.P, I found this task kind of easy to do, since there were videos to sort of help me out. My high light, for this task was that it was short and quick, I had no low light for this task. I chose the raccoon because it was the first thing I thought of.

For our Maths lesson today, we had to do these coordinate conundrums. On the second slide, we had to do a treasure map. For the second slide, we had to find the coordinates on the map, and name what it was. On the third slide we had to do coordinates around Pt England. For the last slide, we had to do coordinate concoctions, which was basically more questions about where the letters were located on the graph.

Today for the last session of the day, we had to do cyber smart tasks. I decided to do this one to start off easy. I will continue to do more cyber smart tasks throughout the on – coming weeks.

For today’s Math session, this was the new task we had to do for today. This task was all about length, mass and liquid volume. There were a lot of slides to complete, all related to measurement. My highlight for this task was getting to learn something new. And my low light for this task was that it had a lot of slides to complete though they all were pretty ok to do.
Task Description: For this task, we had to learn all about our mind, and how we can help it so it can help us. For this we watch this video and had to answer some questions. I had to answer how I could look after my Hinengaro and if I think I look after my hinengaro enough. For the last slide of the task, I then had to give a little session of what looking after my hinengaro means to me.
Task Description: This literacy task was very short to do, and what we had to do for it, was we had to look at this picture you see on the slides. And we had to kind of see the story in it, then we had to answer the questions on the second page about what we saw in the picture. This is what I think about the photo and why.
Task Description: For today’s Math task, we had to test out these transformations, and learn about transforming shapes using reflection,rotation and translation. My highlight for this task was doing this with my friend and learning more new things, I didn’t have a low light for this task. I look forward to learning more new things.

For the last session of the day, we had to do health and PE. For this task, we had to watch two videos on hoe food affects our mood in different ways based on the types of foods we eat.
Task Description:
Today for cyber-smart, I did a google map about landmarks in my city, Auckland. I have done ten landmarks, as to where you could go in Auckland if you ever visit. Have you ever been to one of these places? My highlight of this task was finding my favourite places I go to, and my low light was trying to find if it was the right place,and images that are close to what kind of place it is. If you haven’t come to Auckland or if you plan on coming to Auckland, these are definitely places you should go to. This is coming from a person who’s been to all these places, hope you enjoy!
