Task Description: For this task, we had to learn all about our mind, and how we can help it so it can help us. For this we watch this video and had to answer some questions. I had to answer how I could look after my Hinengaro and if I think I look after my hinengaro enough. For the last slide of the task, I then had to give a little session of what looking after my hinengaro means to me.
