The twisted world

The twisted world

Some trees extended more towering than the cliffs. Damp moist soils were there wherever you looked, only elves never got lost. Everyone else that was different from elves would get lost and perish a few months after. Elves could climb trees and hop from one to another. It was quick and they’d be as quiet as a mouse if they tried to stalk for food.

The elves were well protected, by their leader Sade. He was a warrior to the elves to others, well not so much. Sade would always be a show-off to everyone and flex his story to the elves of the forest. Even the creatures were aggravated by the same stories every day. The elves all gossiped about Sade in shallow voices. There stood an elf and her name was Zala. She had blonde and brownish hair with dark forest green armour, and she had hazel eyes with vines surrounding her armour to help it stay together.

She didn’t care about Sade no matter how much he gossiped about his story, she’d always get annoyed if someone told her about it. “I know, I know!” Zala said, “You don’t have to come to me every day expecting me to say, “Wow! I  didn’t know that” there is no point in his stupid stories if it’s not even true!” Zala said in an angered voice.”

Zala walked away with a red-tempered face, all the elves were looking at her. “Don’t worry,” Sade said, “she’ll come back,” But no one heard because they were too observant and focused on their conversations. And Zala stormed off to the soiled mountains, and sat on the edge of the mountain, Staring at the sky and hearing birds chirp and glide their way to their nesting homes. She questioned herself. “Why does nobody believe me?” She cried in a quiet voice. Did something catch her attention? Something…bright? She ran across the trees to the flaming light that grew brighter the closer she got the more that she could see, her curiosity just wanted to investigate it more.

By the time Zala reached the light, there was a levitating bright hole right in front of her. What could it possibly be? And why out of all places here? Could it be a portal leading to another dimension? Is it safe? So many questions Zala had that nobody could answer anyways. There were just so many questions in Zala’s mind that made her want to go inside it, so she did, and eventually fell from the sky. She screamed her lungs out. “AHHHHH!” her heart was beating at light speed, and her eyes widened with butterflies in her stomach. Then It was a few seconds before she tumbled to the ground, wounding her left arm as blood crept out of her skin and plunged group by group onto the damp wet soggy ground.

“Where am…I?” Zala said in a painful still voice, as she observed her location. Her face changed, as she lifted one eyebrow and the other down in curiousness. “This doesn’t look like home..” her voice shifted from an angry-tempered growl into a sorrowful sad voice. A twig fractured, leafs crinkled, Zala quickly did a three-sixty to see if anyone or anything was around but no, no one was there. She trudged quietly through the forest until she found an oversized immense castle towering taller than the forest. There was a loud rhythm that played in the sky, it sounded like the father clock, it got louder and louder, and as she covered her ears the sound just disappeared? “huh? How?” she questions herself. She ignored whatever happened and observed the castle from afar.

It was a pitch-black castle and thunderstruck above it, waves pushed back and forth but, extensive waves came back more decisive every time it happened, the castle placed on top of brutish rocks. There was this white pale lady that had black-pitched eyes and a white gown dress with paled skin her hair reached her ankles and it was dark brown. Zala hid behind the trees and disguised herself with damp wet soil and leaves. As she observed and breathed quietly the white lady had wandered around the castle, but how long exactly? Zala was the only elf and person there well except for the ghost of course.

Zala didn’t know what to do so she did what any stupid person would do in a story like this. She jumped into the water, and started to drown, she jumped in at the wrong time, Zala’s hands were trying to grasp to the surface but no. Something was pulling Zala’s right leg down to the ocean floor, “Help!!” Zala’s scream muffled underwater. The white paled lady heard and flew into the ocean, just staring at Zala, saying a spell or curse of some sort, and poof. Just like that waking up to reality, maybe it was a lucid dream but it surely didn’t feel like one. Who was that lady anyway? A relative? A lost spirit? What did the clock mean? What was the thing in the bush?

Digital Technology over time-Homework

This was one of our task’s we had to finish this week, we had to choose an everyday object and I chose phones. It seems like I don’t much about phones history after all. This isn’t just the end of the history, there is more but it can’t fit so this is what I got out of it.
